Fly Fishing Tackle for UK Waters

Quality gear. Honest prices. Built by anglers, for anglers.

Hi, I'm Mick.

I've spent a lifetime fishing rivers, lochs and stillwaters across the UK. Over the years I've learned that good tackle doesn't need to cost a fortune and that some of the best days fishing have nothing to do with expensive equipment.

Astute Angling was created to offer honest advice, quality tackle and a friendly place for anglers of all ages—from complete beginners to seasoned fly fishers.

And yes... I'm still learning too.
