Landing Nets & Handles
A good landing net is an essential part of any fly angler's equipment. Whether you're fishing a small river, wading a loch, working the bank of a reservoir or fishing from a boat, having the right net makes landing your fish easier, safer and more controlled.
At Astute Angling, we offer a selection of fly fishing landing nets and handles to suit different fishing situations. From compact folding nets for the travelling angler to larger trout landing nets and extending handles for that extra reach, there's something to suit a variety of fishing styles.
Rubber and rubber-coated mesh nets are particularly popular with fly anglers, helping to reduce hook tangles and making the net easier to clean and maintain. Folding designs are convenient for carrying, while longer handles can make all the difference when fishing from a high bank or reaching over the side of a boat.
Choosing the right landing net isn't simply about size. Consider where you fish, the species you're targeting, how far you need to reach and how easily the net can be transported.
Explore our range of fly fishing landing nets and handles, selected with practicality, fish care and value for money in mind.
